Our first time as a family in Siesta Key and we found beautiful accommodations! Great location with easy access to the beach. The property was quiet and clean. Everything that we needed for our group of 9 (6 adults, 3 kids) to stay for the week was there for us. The size and layout of the condo provided plenty of privacy but also easily accomodated us all together for meals or relaxing at night. The team at Ten35 checked on us multiple times throughout the week and an extra shout out to Mike who was so friendly and had our chairs and umbrellas ready to go beachside each day. Was within walking distance to a few restaurants and an ice cream shop. If we return to the area, we would stay here again.

Excellent spot right on the beach. Constructed in the last three years so everything nice and fresh. Plenty of room for guests to have their own space. Somewhat frustrating that owner locked off 2 different kitchen cabinets which left no place to adequately store the food, booze and snacks one expects to have with 8 people living in the unit so would suggest emptying at least one so there is some empty space. Plus only one. Cat per unit isn’t practicable. With a 4 BR unit.
