The home is older but beds and bathroom were clean. We had four adults and only had 3 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. Maybe supply more towels and toilet paper when it's more that one or two people. The home served our needs as we were basically only there to shower and sleep.

Fenced backyard

Stayed at the property because it had fenced backyard for dog. Grass and weeds so high couldn't put dog in backyard. Inside house was clean

My only downside was the lack of outdoor furniture. We ended up buying our own lawn chairs. I hope the next person can enjoy them! Other than that, it was clean, safe, lovely, and perfect for our trip. The owner replied immediately. It was truly great

Just as described - Excellent price for All the comforts of home

Cute little house with all the amenities. Stove, refridgerator, washer/dryer, all the comforts of home. Close to I27 and easy to navigate back to I40. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication with the property manager. Just a note, this is somewhat of an older home and all of the kitchen outlets are on one breaker. I made the mistake of using the toaster and microwave at the same time and I tripped the breaker. Notified the property manager and it was handled in a timely manner. Again, this was in no way anyone's fault, but mine. I would stay here again, in fact, I have already rebooked my next trip to stay at this location.

Really disappointing to have to go buy towels and basic cooking items to make it through the week. 2 towels and washcloths for 3 guests just does not work. No cutting board. The only "cooking" pans we very small and scratched beyond belief and had no handles. That really doesn't work well without potholders. Only metal 2 spoons to eat with. 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people for a week and 3 dishwasher pods. When i inquired about these items the host addressed 2 of the 5 items in question and said "they are in the house". Very sad that the accommodation situation made it difficult and much more expensive for us to accomplish the volunteer work we were in town for.
