Spacious 4-bedroom house with Pool, WiFi and AC in brilliant Buckeye

We take all guest concerns seriously and are disappointed by the mischaracterizations in this review. To clarify, there is a single garage security camera positioned solely for monitoring house supplies, ensuring the garage door is closed per HOA requirements, and for general property security. The listing clearly indicates that parking is available in the driveway, and that garage access is offered as a courtesy. At no point was any camera placed inside the home, nor was guest privacy ever compromised. The camera facing the garage door was remotely reset to its original position after it was turned away — which we initially assumed was unintentional. We do not have access to the garage interior, and no staff entered the home during your stay, with the only exception being our routine pool technician, whose visit was communicated the day prior. We apologize if that communication was unclear. In terms of cleanliness, our team performs thorough cleanings and inspections before each guest's arrival. No previous guests have reported odors or issues with the dishes or turf. We would have been happy to resolve any concerns during your stay had they been brought to our attention. The suggestion that someone was monitoring your movements or entering the home without permission is completely unfounded and false. We take guest privacy very seriously and follow all VRBO guidelines and legal standards. We have formally responded to the safety report filed with VRBO and welcome any further review. We remain confident in the care and professionalism with which we manage our property.

This seemed like a lovely couple and easy to communicate with during the booking. It was unfortunate to come back to the house with lights on, every piece of beding used. When there were only supposed two be two guest, and dishes in the sink. I appreciate them enjoying the rental, but would have liked to see more consideration of following the house rules sheet, like running the dishwasher, not touching the pool controls. I would sadly not recommend tis guest.
