We had a wonderful time staying here. Excellent location on the tidal pool. Very easy to get to and exploring the surrounding area. Kitchen was great and well stocked. Karen was easy to communicate with. Very clean and hope to stay again!

Beautiful home on the water

Check in was easy, the home was clean, there were plenty of quality kitchen appliances, plates, cups, etc. We enjoyed the fluffy bathroom towels, the outdoor shower was useful after a day at the beach. It was a great stay

I enjoyed a few days at this lovely home on beautiful Hills Beach. The home is clean, with an outdoor shower convenient for beach days. The house is conveniently located with close access to the beach and islands. Neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and great for strolls at any time of day.

Family Time

This is a great property in a perfect beach escape location. It is well equipped for families to spend time together with enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. The neighborhood is quaint. I would definitely recommend. The property matches the photos.

Paradise on the Pool was everything we hoped for and more! Truly a beautiful home, super clean, great location, and incredible views from the deck. We loved every minute! Karen was a great communicator and had the house stocked with everything you may possibly need. It truly felt like coming home each night. It was hard to leave and I am already planning how I can get back!

Beautiful home located on water and across the street from the beach. Karen was excellent with communication and the process for booking/modifications was easy. The home is truly a home... Very clean and well decorated. Rather than the typical vacation rental it felt like a real home. All the appliances, kitchen ware, and furnishings were top quality which you don't often find in a rental. We are a family who enjoys chilling, exploring and cooking at home so this was really appreciated! Children will love the many options to play. We had a 5 year old with us. There were books, Legos, board games and more inside. There's a beach cart, sand toys and more for the easy one quarter mile walk to the public beach entrance. The neighborhood is peaceful. We met one of the neighbors who was absolutely lovely! As mentioned, the house sits in front of the Biddeford pool so you get a completely different view and understanding of the rise and fall of the water. There's a really cool wall 'clock' that tells you exactly what the status of the tide is and what's coming up. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck every day. The powered awning was nice to extend during the hotter hours.If you are looking for laid back, beach vacation in a beautiful home and location, look no further! You'll be glad you booked with Karen!

The house was great for a beach vacation! It was nice to have a water view, walk to the beach/bocce court and explore the area, including Portland. Karen was very responsive to questions. I hope to return again.
