Our stay at the Beach House was very enjoyable! The house was clean, well-kept and well cared for. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities and more. The living room is spacious and comfortable. The view from the decks adds a perfect touch to the warmth of the house. The host, Lindsey, is very helpful and friendly and provided instructions for problem free access to the house when we arrived. The location is convenient for beaching, sightseeing and shopping. We are definitely looking forward to another stay.

A beautiful spacious house, just a stone’s throw from public beach access. Far enough from the center of wells to be calm, when downtown is buzzing with people. A great seafood restaurant just a couple doors down, Hannafords just around the corner. Beach views all around the front of the house and marsh behind. Just a wonderful place to vacation.

The house was the perfect size and setup for our extended family of 12, with an open kitchen and living room area for gatherings. Being just steps from the beach was super convenient, and the host was responsive and easy to work with.We look forward to visiting this house again.

The rental was perfect for our family of 7. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was wonderful! You could hear the ocean from the deck and view it from several spots in the house. The walk to the beach was so short, plenty of parking, and all the things we needed for the beach and kitchen were supplied. The host was great to work with, so kind, and quick to reply. The house was so bright and clean I’d recommend this rental 100%. We are already planning our trip for next year. I thought I had found my favorite Wells Beach rental last year until I found this one!

We're just home from the most wonderful sisters/cousins weekend in Wells. This property was absolutely perfect for us! First, the house/property itself - it was VERY clean, each bedroom with its own bathroom, comfy sectional hangout space and a big open kitchen with a huge square table that was perfect for nighttime card games and puzzles! We took our morning coffee/tea on the two decks, sitting in the rockers letting the October sun and breeze set it! Second, the location, being just beyond the season, we were 20 min from Kennebunkport and 15 from Ogunquit and Perkin's Cove. There was minimal traffic. We were able to take nice walks along the shoreline (more rocky than beachy) and even walked the road to the grocey (1 mi). We took advantage of the available beach chairs and at low tide, spent some time sitting on the beach. There was plenty of shopping, eating and nature activities to keep us all busy. Third, the booking experience - engaging with Lindsey was so easy. She was quick and thorough in her responses to our questions. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend!

Great girls weekend getaway. Sea's The Day was everything we could have wished for and more. So close to the ocean and the house was clean, modern and comfortable. We can't wait to go back!

Great location minute from beach. Sunrise views off the front decks and sunsets off the back decks. Each family member had own private bathroom. Beach chairs and beach towels provided. Wells Beach area is wonderful during the off season. Weather was great. We had the perfect family vacation.

Beautiful home, very clean. Host was extremely responsive and very pleasant. Literally one minute walk to the beach , they have beach chairs at the house. We certainly hope to return next year !

Lovely home, great for large groups or families

This house was beautiful and just what our group needed. We came to Wells for race weekend and the number of beds and bathrooms was super helpful. Plenty of comfy seating in the living area and a short walk to the beach. Host was a great communicator and house was immaculate. I would definitely stay here again.

Lindsey was so attentive and my questions answered promptly. The house is vey clean and nice. Beds were very comfy as that is important to us. We were 5 friends that gathered for 4 days. Beautiful area and so much to see. Lindsey recommended restaurants and things to do. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay for our group of six. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The house was immaculately clean, and common area was perfect for us to spread out and relax. Location across from the beach was so convenient, and the views of sunrise snd sunsets were stunning! WiFi, tvs and locks all worked exactly as expected. Lindsey was excellent with communication.

We couldn’t have asked for anything more. So much room. So clean and up to date. Many little touches like soap dispensers in every bathroom, extra blankets, Fully stocked kitchen supplies. So nice!

Family Beach Vacation

We traveled with 3 young kids and this was a wonderful property for our family in an ideal location. We could walk to the beach in 2 minutes, look for crabs, play in the sand and splash in the waves. It was easy to come back home for lunch or naps for the younger kids. The house was spacious and very comfortable. It had all the amenities one could need. We will definitely be back.

July Family Vacation

The house was exactly as described, spacious and well equipped, plenty of beach towels and chairs. Everyone having their own bathrooms was a super plus! Short walk to Crescent Beach and Wells Lobster Pound. Other restaurants and supermarket close by as well. Unfortunately, the beach disappears at high tide but once the tide recedes it's a treasure trove to find all kinds of aquatic creatures. Our host Lindsay was great to work with, and the house was perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend anyone staying at this house.

Good location with easy access to the beach. It is an area of the beach that the water goes to the sea wall so during high tide you cannot be on the close beach. There are many decks to sit and relax on and plenty of seating and tables below the house. The kitchen and outdoor grill are adequate. All of the table and counter seating indoors is tall so that may be difficult if you have small children/toddlers.The king and queen beds are very comfortable the twin beds are fine. Bed linens and towels are not provided which is a bit of a bummer to have to make the beds on arrival. This information is in the listing and reminders again about linens are given with precheck-in message. It is very nice that each bedroom has it's own bathroom.

Very nice accommodations and centrally located. Easy access to the beach. Easy driving to Nubble Lighthouse, Kittery, Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, York, Salem MA, Boston. Those were the places we wanted to go to. I would highly recommend staying in Wells and then driving to the places I mentioned above. If we were to go to Salem again, we would stay overnight in Boston rather than drive back to Wells. We live in upstate NY, Rochester area.

Perfect house!

We had a wonderful time in this gorgeous, spacious house. Only steps from the beach, it was so convenient to come back and forth with our four small kids. The open living space made it easy to gather together. We loved it. Our kids wanted to move in permanently. We hope to get back there next year.
