Ocean Views - 1 Minute Walk To The Beach - All Bedrooms w Their Own Private Bath

Designed to be a vacation home, this 2 story beach house was completed in May 2015. It's just steps away from Wells Beach with all the amenities you want and need!

FIRST FLOOR: The layout of the home is very well designed for open concept living and entertaining. The eat-in kitchen has bar stools around the island and a formal dining table. The living room features hardwood floors and 2 large comfy couches to sink into after a long day at the beach. There’s a flat screen TV in the living room and Wi-Fi throughout the house. There’s a washer and dryer located near the front entry way. There are 2 decks on the first floor and a half bath off the living room. The front deck faces the ocean and is attached to the living room being accessible by sliding glass doors. The back deck is accessible through a bedroom on the back side of the house. This first floor bedroom has 2 twin size beds and a private full bathroom. These decks allow you to sit outside and enjoy the fresh ocean air. You can enjoy morning coffee while taking in the views. At night you can enjoy the sound of the ocean waves.

TOP FLOOR: The top floor has 3 bedrooms; each one has its own private bathroom, for a total of 3 bathrooms on this floor. The Master Bedroom features a king size bed, with a front deck facing the ocean. The adjacent bedroom has 2 queen size beds as well as twin size bunk-beds on the top and the bottom. This bedroom also has access to the front deck and beautiful ocean views. The last bedroom faces toward the back side of the house. It has a queen size bed and a private deck facing the back side of the house.

There is an outside shower to rinse off the beach sand before returning to the house. In the yard, there are 3 tables with chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a gas grill.

৹ The maximum occupancy limit is twelve (12), including both overnight guests and daytime visitors.
৹ No events or parties are allowed
৹ No charging of electric vehicles are allowed on the property
৹ Bed spreads, blankets and pillows are provided, but linens are NOT provided
৹ You must bring your own sheets and towels
