About this property

Bretton Woods Ski Area, Spacious and Private home, Parking and Mountain Views

Our home is a beautiful single family home in Mt. Washington Homes community off base station road and about a mile from Bretton woods ski area entrance. It has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms including 2 half-baths and comfortably accommodates 15 people.

Our home provides great amenities to enjoy your trip and wonderful views to ski slopes.

Park your car in the 2 car heated garage and walk in to a spacious mud room with spacious closets to store all your outdoor gear. Nicely appointed kitchen, large dining area and vaulted ceiling in the main living room allows you to spread out and enjoy a warm wood burning fireplace.

Two stories of windows in the family room allow plenty of natural sunlight to enjoy the mountain views.

We have 2 kitchens with all the pots and pans needed for making a hearty meal.

Our home accommodates 15 people in 7 bedrooms and a twin bed.
1. First floor master bedroom with king bed, luxurious bath and walk-in closet
2.Two bedrooms(king, queen) on the 2nd floor with a shared bath.
3. Two bedrooms(king, 2 twins), two baths in lower level and
4. Two bedrooms(queen, 2 twins) and 1.5 bath in apartment over the 2-car garage. Apartment access is through the main foyer.

Lower level has a game room with billiards table. Also available on this level is a large living area with sectional sofa, a twin bed, TV connected to cable and seating for board games.

The outdoor area is equipped with propane grill during summer months and gravel path to the fire pit.

Our home is not part of Omni hotel rental program. So, we do not have access to hotel swimming pool or gym area.

We do not have a hot tub at our home. For some reason, the amenities list shows that we have hot tub.

This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our family Christmas weekend! I was so happy to see a pretty Christmas tree in the living room! The perfect place for a large family vacation!

Great vacation with our adult children and 5 grandchildren- plenty of space and amenities for each of the 4 different families in attendance- loved the pool table and fire pit - will be a very special memory for our family- looking forward to returning.

We stayed at this property for a ski weekend with a group of families, and it was absolutely fantastic. The house is large and spacious, with plenty of separate sleeping areas that made it easy for everyone to spread out. The main living room and dining area were perfect for gathering as a group after a day on the mountain.The location couldn’t be better, just minutes from the ski area, which made getting everyone out the door in the mornings so much easier. We had a couple of very small things that needed attention (driveway plowed and tv issue) but the owner was incredibly responsive and prompt in addressing them.All in all, this was a wonderful property, and we’re already hoping to return next year. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Ski Home for Large Families

This was our 3rd family ski trip staying at this wonderful home. Staying here has now become one of our cherished traditions and every member of our family raves about it. We recently moved to Andover, MA. Over past 20+ years, we had spent majority of our family vacations in New England. We have been drawn to White Mountains area, and finally decided to buy a home in Bretton woods in 2016. Our kids have learnt to ski here. We had taken trips to Storyland, Santas Village, Flume Gorge as the kids were growing up. Its all hiking now-a-days :). We are working on our list of 4000 footers in NH.

Why they chose this property

We loved the family friendly atmosphere of Bretton woods ski area and have been enjoying our winter vacations here for over a decade. We treasure the time spent with family and friends.

This home has become our retreat in White mountains and very fortunate to enjoy the peace that the mountains brings us.
