Welcome to our cozy home, ideally located just 1 mile from the ferry, within walking distance to the lagoon via a scenic Landbank Trail, and close to the bus stop and bike trail. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is the perfect base for your island getaway. The Space: Our home comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests with 3 inviting bedrooms—two queen beds and one full bed. Whether you are traveling with family or enjoying a couples’ retreat, this space is perfect for both. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, plus a separate dining room for family meals or game nights. There is one full bathroom with a tub. The amenities include: air conditioners in every room to keep you cool, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher for easy cleanup, large, smart TV for movie nights, fast Wi-Fi to stay connected, beach gear (umbrella, cooler, chairs, toys, and a boogie board—everything you need for a day of fun in the sun!), outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, fresh linens (including sheets, bath towels, and beach towels), washer and dryer for your convenience, a Weber grill for outdoor cooking and summer BBQs.

Beautiful house, pretty well stocked, and convenient location with responsive hosts. Outdoor shower is a nice perk and private enough for use beyond rinsing sand after the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

This property was perfectly situated for exploring Martha's Vineyard. We could easily reach the main areas we wanted to visit - Oak Bluffs and Edgartown - within about 10 minutes by car. The house was spotless and beautifully renovated with modern finishes. Check-in was seamless with easy access, and the owner was incredibly responsive to any questions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-located, updated rental on the island!

This property was outstanding! The beds were amazingly comfortable. Water was uber hot. Livingroom was perfect and comfy for Netflix and naps. ; ) It literally had everything that anyone could need right at your fingertips. It is central to everything - whether hanging in Oak Bluffs, Edgartown or heading out to Menemsha - everywhere was easy to get to.Workout at the YMCA, golf Farm Neck, go for a run through Vineyard Haven, great coffee spot in the morning (or afternoon coffee), wonderful tacos and tequilas for lunch or dinner (El Barco) or upscale dining as well, all very close by. A wonderful home away from home.

Perfect House and Amazing Host!

We absolutely loved everything about this house! It's in such a convenient area in a quaint cul-de-sac. The house itself is beautiful and spotless, with everything you could need. We loved all of the nice finishes and even got some ideas of things we wanted to do in our own home. The washer and dryer were new, and there were plenty of laundry baskets and fresh linens in each room. Jen our host was very responsive and kind. She answered all of my questions before our arrival so our entire experience was seamless. We loved our time at this house and hope to come back again soon! Thank you Jen!

Highly recommend!

We just enjoyed our second stay at this lovely property (previously rented through a different company). Great location: a quiet neighborhood but just five minutes to Vineyard Haven. The house has ample parking but one can easily take public transportation or ride bikes as well. Both stays the house has been impeccably clean and is very nicely appointed with nice sheets, towels, games and ACs. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are lots of great beach items to borrow during summer visits which has allowed us to cut down on how much we need to bring ourselves. House works well for both adults/couples or families with children. The hosts are incredibly responsive and I look forward to returning to this home many more times!
