The property itself was fine. However, communication leading up to check-in was not good. I reached out several times leading up to check-in with no response. About 4 hours before the check-in time, I still had not heard from the host, so I contacted VRBO directly. About an hour later we finally received instructions. We rented this for my in-laws who were in town. At 9pm on the day of check-in, there was a loud knock on the door and they were told they were in the wrong place. Other guests showed up with the same door-code as we were given. Ultimately there was a mix-up with another booking site and the other guests left.
