Ideally situated on the canal with a new dock, this home allows direct access to the intercoastal waterway. Enjoy a short 2 block walk to the beach. The spacious and sunlit interior provides a central living area as well as a secondary entertainment vaulted loft featuring a pull out sofa and additional seating. A charming outdoor dining area as well as comfy seating are located on the upper deck. New flooring throughout renovated kitchen in 2023.

Beautiful home and very responsive host. My family had a great time fishing off the dock and the location of the home on OIB couldn't be better. The home is updated, comfortable and plenty of room for our family :)

Perfect Beach getaway

The absolute perfect house in the perfect location. House is right on the canal with lots of outdoor seating (even an outdoor bar) and a private dock! Very short walk to the beach. The house is modern and super clean and had everything we could ask for to enjoy our Father’s Day trip. The kitchen is fully stocked with any utensils/cookware you could ask for. The host was extremely hospitable and friendly. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and made the check in process and stay seamless. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Jill for sharing your beautiful home with us!
