Casa Mimas is a beautifully designed 1 bedroom home with private Hot Tub, great views of the Pacific ocean, all amenities, very spacious bedroom and living spaces, terrific concierge service. The house is a 3 minute walk to the center of town, restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. The exquisite design, the views and location, the vicinity to everything will make your stay most enjoyable. The house is great for couples, a small family or 2 or 3 friends. The house can also be rented in conjunction to Casa Saturno and Casa Dos Chicos.

Maintenance required -- do not rent. We had to find another place to stay for half our trip

This property would be a reasonable stay for the area if some of the maintenance issues had been fixed and the description of amenities had been communicated up front. Sleeping here is not an option until the water pump has been fixed, as it produces a regular thumping noise that will keep you awake. The hot tub is only hot for 1 hour between 10 and 11 pm each night. When we were there, the hot tub had a broken light that was not fixed before we arrived. The toilets had a warning that toilet paper (including soiled) needs to be kept in a bin. The experience would have been acceptable for about half the $200 price tag per night; it's more akin to a broken down motel, which is fine if you're expecting that, but we were misled by the advertised amenities.

Lincoln was the most awful guest. HIS REVIEW IS RETALIATORY AND HE IS LYING because that is simply the kind of person he is. Un unhappy miserable men who is entitled and spoiled beyond anything we have ever seen. DO NOT RENT TO THIS MAN … HE WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE. He arrived 1 day late without telling us anything (as that is to be considered normal behaviour …. it is, from people who think the world rotates around themselves). There was none of the problems he described except for a water pump that was going off a few more times then normal due to a basic maintenance problem that was addressed immediately. The pump makes no noise whatsoever, is located in a sheltered space away from the bedroom, and has been the same pump for 5 years…. Nobody, including us the owner who sleep there at times, thinks it is noisy and we have 5 star reviews from everybody on every platform the house is listed on. The hot tub goes on 4 hours each evening as listed and the house is perfectly maintained. Lincoln, I hope you see a therapist to help with your issues. I feel bad for you … leading a miserable life must not be fun. Get help so you can chill, relax and live a little!

Amazing experience

Our stay at Casita Mimas was everything we had hoped for! The place was impeccably designed and furnished, and the location was ideal. It was a short golf cart ride to town but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend Casita Mimas for any couple looking for the perfect get-a-way.

Sayulita Paradise

O man, I can’t say enough kind words about this place. Aesthetically stunning. Nice clean lines. High ceilings. A rooftop kitchen that is open on all sides while the breeze surrounds you is intoxicating. While on the rooftop you feel like you are almost in a treehouse. The sounds of the birds are abundant and they surround you just like the giant manzanita trees. . You can watch the surfers while you sit high on the hill. Ernesto gave us everything we needed and is a welcoming accent to a perfect setting. The architect is a genius. If you have the pleasure of staying here you will know what I mean

Everything was wonderful, beautiful space to immerse yourself into the Sayulita essence. Ernesto the house manager made our stay so awesome & smooth with car pick up at airport, groceries delivered upon arrival & was abaible with any questions we had. Highly recommend. ☺️

Breezy Beautiful Location

A beautiful, open, breezy stand alone building that was such a wonderful place to stay. Yes, it is up a hill but that high up you get a clean ocean breeze over the town. Close enough to hear the mariachi bands, bars, and ocean it is close to the local scene but far enough away to be quiet (depending on what groups are staying in near by housing). Half our stay we did have poor sleep even through ear plugs due to large parties on either side of us but every day, once they’d passed out, we really enjoyed the house. +proximity to town +well equipped +great breeze -up a hill -on “Gringo Hill” which means some of the worst kind of tourists will be staying nearby

A perfect place for two

The palapa was within the flight path of numerous variety of birds taking turns in the branches of our trees The 180 degree views from the palapa were amazing. We will stay again
