We stayed four nights at this condo with another couple. We enjoyed our stay. the resort was wonderful. We spent time at a couple of the pools and enjoyed the restaurants. We gave this a four because it was in need of updates. The resort is showing its age, and this unit could use updates, even simple ones like doors, mattresses etc. The online pictures are not deceptive but do not show the out-of-date features. However, we were not disappointed, and we would recommend to others.

Steve and Emily were fantastic hosts - great communicators, responsive to our inquiries, and super friendly. Their condo in Regatta Point was the perfect place for our family vacation. What stood out was how well appointed and stocked everything was along with the cleanliness of the unit. For our college age sons, the back bedroom with two queen beds provided space and quiet for catching up on their sleep. The layout allowed them to sleep and us to comfortably cook and have coffee without having to tiptoe around. The hosts provided snorkel and beach chairs that made trips to Linquist Beach easy and comfortable.

Excellent property off Bolongo Bay

The condo is very well furnished and is so tastefully decorated. It’s just a few minutes away from some great bars and restaurants and is conveniently located to many spots on the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Can’t recommend this place enough! The space was beautiful and clean, we used the pool daily, and loved the pickleball courts. We would definitely love to come back!!

We enjoyed our stay at Steve’s condo. The balcony provides a lovely view, and a steady breeze for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation and reading, and pre sunset cocktails. Just a short walk to the other side of the building offers lovely sunset views. The kitchen is well equipped, and Steve provides coffee, tea, plenty of paper products, garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent, all sizes of plastic bags, food wraps, food storage containers, spices, nice appliances, great dishes, and plenty of pots and pans and utensils. The condo was clean and comfortable. The pools are nicely situated, but represent a challenge to anyone with orthopedic or mobility issues. Access to the cliff pool requires 83 steep stairs, and of course 83 steep stairs to return. There is no restroom at the pool, so although the views are breathtaking, it is not a convenient place in relation to the condo. The ocean pool does have access to a restroom, but requires walking down a steep and uneven path, and several stairs. You can drive down to avoid the steep path, but the stairs are unavoidable. There is a double pool situated between the condos which is the most easily accessible, but still requires several stairs. No restroom there, and lots of peeling paint on the decks. There are plenty of loungers, tables and upright chairs at all of the pools, but there are very few umbrellas.
