Welcome to Palm Paradise! Unwind and chill in this spacious condo with resort Beach access and have more fun-money to spend!
Enjoy 4 Bedrooms and Litchfield by the Sea Beach access and have more fun-money to spend! This 2nd floor condo is about a mile to the beach on a stand-alone bike trail. It features a split bedroom layout - 4 bedrooms (King, King, Full, Single, Full, Single), 3 baths. Open living, dining and kitchen await your family gatherings. All bedrooms have cable tv with Showtime. Kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counter tops and bar seating. Extras include internet, ceiling fans, wet bar with small sink and small refrigerator, washer dryer.

Beach access is through Litchfield by the Sea.

Overall place was nice and comfortable- could use a good cleaning. Floors were nasty - and I mean nasty. We were told we could have our boat with us - it just had to fit in a parking spot. HOA will harass the mess out of you - even if you were given permission for something.

The good: A beautiful home, had most rental-home-type kitchen appliances, pots and pans. The beds are comfortable. The linens and towels and blankets smelled freshly laundered and the floors and counters and bathrooms were clean and start up supplies adequate. The not so great: many items in the kitchen - pots, pans, mixing bowls and tools - are in pretty bad shape. If you’re not planning to cook, great! We wanted to cook at least some meals, but opted otherwise given the conditions. Also disappointing was that for towels/linens, we received one washcloth per bathroom, so 3 total washcloths for a week long stay with 6 people. The rental agency offered for us to come pick up some additional but was not something we could make happen during their business hours, so just bought our own at a local store. I’d stay here again - was a great location, super comfortable furniture with a family style sofa and gathering space - easy to get to the beach, the pool, restaurants and activities. A fairly easy drive to the airport (especially in the evening and early am) and quick to get to our family in Pawleys. Also - a bonus that we had access to beach unbrellas and beach chairs!
