About this property

The sunny open floor plan flows seamlessly from the main entrance through the kitchen, dining, and living area. The renovated kitchen with beautiful granite counter-tops and all new slate appliances is well stocked with the newest amenities for all those who enjoy home-cooked meals. The living room and master bedroom have DVD players and all rooms have cable ready HD TV’s, and Free High-Speed Wi-Fi. Just BYO beach towel our home is stocked with all the amenities you'll need!

LINENS PROVIDED---ALL BEDS FRESHLY MADE UPON ARRIVAL ALSO INCLUDE BATH TOWELS!

The front deck off the living area is a wonderful place to relax with your morning coffee, or a glass of wine in the evening.
The master bedroom on the main floor has a queen-sized bed and private bath. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have full size beds, and share a bath. The 4th bedroom (full sized sleeper sofa) on the ground level has its own private entrance and bath. This 4th bedroom is a perfect getaway for some privacy and or relaxation after a day at the beach.
The spacious ground level has a large covered patio area with a picnic table, chairs and plenty of room to relax. There is a perfect grassy area alongside the home to enjoy a game of corn hole; with a backyard paver patio area for grilling. There is also an outside shower and hose available. Pack and Play and Highchair are available on-site.

Help yourself to any of the PROVIDED BEACH GEAR and go enjoy the sun at beautiful Surfside Beach. (The Family Beach)

Great Vacation

Nice 3 bedroom place with plenty of room for everyone. Additional room and bathroom located down stairs. Loved the outdoor shower. Enjoyed the beach umbrellas as tents on the beach are only allowed in certain areas. Only thing I would change about the place is when entering house the porch/deck isn’t very wide, you have to step back down or stretch up to open then go up stairs. Would’ve liked a wider deck they. Would definitely rent again though.

Great vacation rental

We had a great experience,the house was great,it was clean,everything was as described. Perfect location to the beach and everywhere else. Owners were easy to communicate with.

Everything you need for a great beach vacation

Property was cute with comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. There was a grill and ample outdoor space. Close to beach, but I recommend the golf cart for hauling stuff and easy parking. Beach gear was a huge benefit. (We only found one umbrella, so if you need a lot of shade at the beach like we do, bring an extra from home.) Communication was super easy. Highly recommend!

Awesome beach vacation

My family and I had a wonderful vacation week at Surfside Beach. The home was beautifully updated and clean. It was exactly as described and was only a couple minutes walk to the beach. The owners were very accommodating and available if we had any questions. I highly recommend this property to others.

Great beach house!

We loved the location and the freshness of the house! One suggestion might be a welcome basket of goodies for that first night (especially after a long/traffic drive). It was wonderful!
