The house was beautiful and perfect for our wedding! There was more than enough room for our guests and plenty of parking. The host was a great communicator; she answered all my messages within 24 hours, usually in 6-8 hours. The pool was awesome. I was grateful that it was a pet-friendly house so that our dog could be part of this wonderful event. If we have another event, this will be a top choice!

Great house and speedy replies from owner.

The overall house was great for a small get together with lots of room. Also accommodates sleeping arrangements very well. The owner is also very accommodating and replies fast.

We negotiated an early check in but arrived to a house that wasn’t ready. Host accommodated with a late checkout which was later pushed earlier due to another booking. Check in instructions were not sent until I asked 5 minutes before arriving. Yard was overgrown and dirty. Pool was dirty. Deck was dirty. It fit our needs for a bachelor party weekend but seemed unpolished for the 2900 two night price tag. Stranger came unannounced to service the pool while we were using it and we had to get out of the water. Yard service came to mow and trim during a group lunch. Shower leaks onto the floor in the master bedroom.Lizards in the house and in at least the master bed. We had a great time and it sleeps a lot of people but for the price, the general upkeep was lacking.
