Great spot to sit on the balcony and just listen to the waves. Very calm. They thought of a lot of details such as a cooler, water bottles to refill, beach chairs, fins and such. More places to eat in Hanalei. Yes, there are chickens everywhere.

What a Fantastic Property to stay at for a Small Group of 4. 5 Stars for the Property, Location, Views, and Host! Will come back again! The view of the ocean was a treat!Lots of extra amenities!It was so helpful that all light switches and power outlets were well marked.The location was amazing!

Quiet location on north shore with a beautiful view. We never used the AC just opened all the windows for the northern breeze. We Loved having beach gear and made good use of it. We were happy to have the chairs and umbrellas. Boogie boards were fun too. Awesome bonus was watching each sunrise from primary bed!

Our stay was incredible! The ocean views are breathtaking. We saw whales breaching every day while sitting out on our lanai! The Host was very easy to contact, and had everything ready to go for us! The space was clean, comfortable, and well furnished with everything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend this rental!

This condo's greatest asset, among many, is its location. The lanai which sits above the ocean was our favorite place to sit. Watching the ever-changing mood of the ocean and skies was endlessly awe-inspiring.

Great overall experience. My family enjoyed the stay very much! The location is great for the North Shore and close to many of the great beaches and sights that are within walking distance. I would highly recommend. The property owner was very helpful and accommodating when our flights were delayed.

Didn’t want to leave!

This place is incredible and John is an amazing host. Waking up every morning to that view and the sound of waves was truly paradise! The unit was well stocked with everything you could possibly need and we were extremely comfortable. Loved our stay and cannot wait to come back!

The condo was neat and clean and the view off the deck was spectacular! The condo was in a great location which made it easy to travel to and from anywhere on the island. I would highly recommend a stay there!

It was an impromptu visit to Kauai with my family. I absolutely love Princeville and have stayed all over, but John's place was among my most favorite. His place is stocked, a breathtaking view of the ocean, and very comfortable. We hope to come back.
