Daytona Beach 1st Floor Oceanfront One Bedroom Pool/Jacuzzi/Fitness

First Floor Oceanfront one bedroom fully furnished to have a comfortable vacation.

Come and enjoy and relax in this unit, located on the 1st floor overlooking the beach/ocean. Privately Owned and located at the Daytona Beach Resort, which is located the north side of Daytona in the quieter section, near Ormond.

One Bedroom with Living room and open concept that sleeps up to 4 people

-Kitchen Fully furnished to make your meals and have a comfortable stay
-Two TVs with Cable, living room and bedroom
-Bathroom with tub/shower

The location is great with Grocery, Walgreens, Restaurants and Shopping across the street walking distance.
It is conveniently located approximately one hour and half drive to the theme parks, Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Studios. Also it is one hour drive to St. Augustine or Kennedy Space Center.

The condo is accessed through a self-check-in process with a keypad. On the day of arrival prior to 3PM, you will receive the check-in information containing all the instructions necessary for your stay with the code to the keypad. Ensure a smooth stay by noting that free parking is available to our guests.

Check-out by 10AM

Unit is located by the south pool deck. This area was damaged by Hurricane of 2022 where repairs will be done, not sure on dates of work being done. Rates are reduced.

Resort Update:
The Daytona Beach Resort is undergoing restoration to the seawall.

*Open Amenities: North Pool (Heated), Indoor Pool, Jacuzzi, Fitness Room, Sauna,

*Closed Amenities: Tiki Bar, Restaurant, Parking Garage, South Pool, Kiddie Pool, South pool deck.

*Parking Free - One parking pass is provided where it will be found inside the Room.
Parking in front of the building or next door of the Resort. Upon departure parking pass would need to left inside the room.

*There is beach access still available right next door.

If you are planning to stay for more than 2 days, kindly remember to bring your own toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and other personal care items. Additionally, please note that you will be responsible for providing extra toilet paper and trash bags, as we only supply a small starter pack to get our guests started.

As a private owner in the resort, you may require assistance during your stay. Please rest assured that you can contact me and more than willing to help you with any issues or concerns you may have. The Daytona Beach Resort will be going through renovations/restoration to the seawall. Please contact Owner for Updates during the process to get the Resort back, Your patience is appreciated.

This unit is directly on the pool deck!! We were just steps from the beach..... it was perfect!! Vita was great to work with!! When we come to Daytona again, we will be staying with Vita again!!

We had a great stay with Vita! She was very responsive and answered any questions we had. We also appreciated the transparency of the listing and that she was up front about the hotel amenities not being available due to damage from the hurricanes.

Return trip made for great time!

We love this place!!! Second stay booking with Vita and 5th or 6th at daytona beach resort. This room is PERFECT for families. So easy to have room right there with fenced porch, pool and ocean right there. Publix, dollar tree, restaurants all right across street (hubby walked over). Far enough down from bandshell that it’s not so busy but within 10 minute drive!

Nice view on first floor

Unit was clean and well stocked kitchen items. Bed was alright as far as comfort. Overall we enjoyed and would definitely recommend once they get the pool and splash pad fixed as there is direct access from the unit to the pool area.

We live about an hour away and DBR is out go to with kids. First time booking not through hotel itself and it was a fabulous experience! This unit was perfect for us since we have infant that could nap and we could sit right on porch while other kids played in kiddie pool. Already looking for dates to book again!

Renting was easy. No amenities available. Lots of sand on patio. I believe the renter should be upfront with damage to property in listing. The pics are from before hurricane damage.

Wonderful Condo!

This condo was clean, beautiful and comfortable and was just as described! We had plenty of space and everything we needed. The bed was comfortable too. We love this property, it is right on the beach and equipped with all you need to relax and enjoy your stay. We really loved this unit being on the ground floor, you just walk right out and sit on your porch or you can straight out to sit by the pool with the ocean view right at your fingertips. The owner was awesome to work with. We can't wait to come back and visit. Thank you!

Unit was not quiet, is close to pools as described. Internet seldom worked. Only one bar of soap to use between sink and shower. Was not welcoming, lots of don’ts.

Location doesn't get any better than this

Here's the deal. You walk inside the condo and the bathroom will be on your left and ample closet space on your right. Then you are i the bedroom and a few more steps, the kitchen ad de area. Open the door out the back and you are on your gated patio. Go through the gate and you are on the 1 of the 3 pool decks. Walk across the pool deck and you are on the beach. Unbelievable. Great people watching. Close to everything but the bigger, more crowded beach areas. It's perfect.

Great location

Room was nice. Great location with easy access to the beach. Hotel was friendly and well maintained. Shower pressure was amazing. They were fast with maintenance issue. Only complaint is that the mattress was not very comfortable. It felt very worn and springy. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.

Fabulous room !

Upon arrival, check in was easy and simple! The room was as described, the kitchen was all that was needed, even though it’s just the counter top type stove. There was a convection toaster for other needs. The first floor was very quiet, which we were nervous about ! It has its own hallway away from the lobby. Having access to the room from the pool area is now a MUST for us, it was very convenient! Parking garage, and pool area are secure with key cards.

Great Beachfront Location

Unit exactly as described. It's clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. We enjoyed being ground floor, by the ocean, literally on the pool deck. The resort itself is wonderful. No complaints!

Perfect fpr a weekend getaway! Steps away from the pool and the beach ⛱

Room was clean and very easy to access. Right outside of the kids pool which was perfect for us with our 10 month old! We will definitely look to book this property again.
