Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), ample counter space and coffee maker, toaster, and cookware provided

Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, nightstands with lamps, electric fireplace, lounge chair, and sound machine

Bathroom 1: En-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower shower and soaking tub

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, nightstands with USB lamps, dresser, sound machine

Bathroom 2: Hall bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, nightstands with USB lamps, dresser, sound machine

Half Bath: conveniently located with exterior access from the back patio

Lovely Stay

Afton Awaits is a beautiful home set in such a serene location. Our group of friends had such a lovely time here. The home is conveniently located to downtown Charlottesville as well as many vineyards.

The home was very clean and comfortable. Just the right size for the 5 of us. The home is close to wineries/breweries and a great pool, hot tub and patioto enjoy.The only downside was the very busy and loud Route 151 that runs in front of the home. Lots of loud truck traffic

It was simply an amazing weekend!!

The house was perfect!! Loved that it was all one level. The decorations were so cute and not excessive. There was plenty of room to put all our stuff. The kitchen was so well stocked. They forgot to mention the tranquil setting with the horse farm behind. It was a perfect place

Clean home, but HVAC failed in extreme cold; only fireplace rooms usable. No refund, only relocation

Clean, nicely decorated home and polite hosts, but our stay was significantly impacted by a heating failure during extreme cold. We arrived to a 51° house just before a winter storm; despite emergency heat, only the living room and primary bedroom (with fireplaces) were usable. A functioning HVAC system is a basic requirement at this price point. No refund was offered; relocation during the storm was the only solution. We appreciate the home, and would have loved to return.
