The house was as described. Cozy for two people, very clean, everything worked, Host was easy to communicate with. Close to the Zoo and The Broadmore Hotel, and easy to get to Hwy 24 for attractions west of Colorado Springs. We will stay here again when in the Springs area.

The cottage really fit our need (2 adults). We used it as a base for hiking the area and seeing Pikes Peak. Beautiful city.
