Just steps out the door, you’ll enjoy a hot tub & community pool, in addition to all the other amenities, private beach and pier, swimming pools, hot tub, sauna and fitness center.

This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 2, including children. This applies 24/7.

Walk out the door & down the hall to the hot tub, swim in one of the communal pools, or grab free coffee in the connected lodge. Keep walking to the other side of the Lakeland Village complex to enjoy the shores of Lake Tahoe and additional amenities like the fitness center, sauna, private pier w/ buoys for your boat (offered on a first-come, first-served basis), fire pits, & stunning views.

Within walking distance there are nearby boat, SUP & kayak rentals in the summer as well as on-site ski & snowboard rental in the winter.

The studio includes high-speed internet 7 Wi-Fi. The TVs are connected to cable for sports & movies, & includes HBO, Showtime, & Cinemax programming.

The kitchenette is newly updated and includes a griddle, coffee pot, microwave, stove top/oven & a full fridge. The bathroom has a spacious, beautifully tiled walk-in shower w/ room to spare, & a separate sink/vanity area.

There is parking for 1 car on the property. There is free wifi throughout the home. Coin-operated laundry facilities available in the lodge.

Lakeland Village lodge units provide an ideal location for guests seeking convenient access to nearby attractions. Being located near the main road, you may notice some ambient noise, though many of our guests have found it to be a worthwhile trade-off for the proximity to the area’s main activities. The unit comes equipped w/ a wall-mounted air conditioning unit to maintain a cool temperature during summer months & additional fans are provided to enhance comfort. Please note, due to the layout, loft areas may feel warmer, but thoughtful cooling solutions are in place to make your stay comfortable.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle - pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50. Get around the city for free w/ the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service.
All the linens and towels for your use in the home & at the beach are provided.

Pets are not allowed. If you have a trained Service or ESA dog we can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay.

Rare for Lake Tahoe, this studio also includes AC. The heater & air conditioner is an in-wall unit by the bed.
