This thoughtfully curated condo offers modern conveniences such as split-system air conditioning in the bedrooms and living spaces. For your convenience, there is access to a laundry room located to the right of the garage (please note, the washer and dryer are not in the unit itself). Basic cable is provided via YouTube TV, and you can bring your own credentials to access premium services.

✮ PARKING INFORMATION ✮
Free parking is available for one vehicle in the designated space, located immediately to the left of the building and alongside the fence.
Please note that parking is not permitted in the open area to the left of the designated space. Not even for a moment. Please do not park here, and do not encourage any of your guests to park here. This is an active driveway and parking area for our neighbor's property.
Please help us keep the peace with our neighbors. The owner actively monitors this space, and has contacted us in the past when cars are parked there, even for a few minutes. Unauthorized parking outside the designated Unit 3 space will result in a $100 fine.
Our spot should fit most standard vehicles. We did fit a 19' RAM 1500 in the spot, but it hung out a bit onto the street, so that might be a touch too large. Think Jeep Cherokee and smaller - 15-16' long or thereabouts. The street is not super busy, but it's a one-way neighborhood street that is relatively narrow.
The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight.
Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 1 - March 31
The closest large parking lot is the MacMillian Pier Parking lot, located in the center of town by Lopes Square. Open 24 hours a day from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, 323 parking spaces, $4 per hour, $40 maximum per 24 hours.
There are also privately run parking lots, not affiliated with the Town, all along Bradford St. Parking rules and rates vary - check the signs at each lot.
We take great pride in accurately describing our home so you know what you will be renting. We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others.
Being part of a multi-family building in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel between the units within our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.

Please be aware that our properties are located within natural and residential communities where wildlife and domestic animals may be present.
By staying with us, guests acknowledge that occasional encounters with animals (including but not limited to birds, insects, small wildlife, or pets owned by neighbors or other guests) may occur and are a normal part of the environment.
We are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or inconvenience resulting from interactions with wildlife, domestic animals, or pets within or around the property. Guests are encouraged to exercise appropriate caution and supervision at all times, especially when outdoors or when children are present.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the shared natural surroundings.
Property Service Notice
Please note that routine property services, including but not limited to trash collection and lawn maintenance, and landscaping, take place on a regular schedule. These visits may occasionally coincide with your stay and can occur at various times throughout the day.
There's no need to be alarmed if you see service personnel on the property. These routine visits help us keep the property well maintained and are often scheduled by the homeowners association or other service providers, so the timing is outside of our control. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
