You will love my place because of the kitchen, a spacious dining room, light, and the comfort of the bed.
My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, and families (with children).

The kitchen is separate from the dining room and is fully equipped with large cupboards, refrigerator with freezer and microwave.
The laundry has a new water heater (constant hot water) and has a large window with a Tender attached to the ceiling to hang clothes.
The bathroom comes complete with bathtub.
The bedroom has a Somier that has a high density mattress, also has a ceiling fan, electric stove and a very wide closet.
The dining room is very spacious and has a large and bright window that looks out onto an open space, has a table with 4 chairs, a divan comfortable bed with high density mattress and cushions, under a cart-bed with a new mattress prepared for a fourth guest. There's an Air conditioner at the living room and a Gas stove.
It also comes with a Smart TV, Cable TV, Netflix, Modem Wi-Fi 50 Mb and telephone for local calls.
The apartment is fully equipped with bed linen, kitchen elements; etc etc.
Guests have full access to the apartment.
There is full availability from me to collaborate on whatever the guest needs.
Children and babies will be taken as any senior guests, therefore they must be informed at the time of booking.
At the check in, a local contract will be signed according to the reserved period previously established.
The security deposit will vary according to the length of the stay.
The apartment is very well located in the Neighborhood of Almagro, very close to 3 important avenues such as Rivadavia Ave. ,Belgrano Ave. and San Juan Ave. ,there is a lot of means of transportation including two subway lines.
It is located in a strategic point bordering the neighborhoods of Abasto and Boedo where there is a lot of establishments related to the Tango.
It is located very close to one of the largest shopping place in Buenos Aires which is the neighborhood of Once (Balvanera).
It is also close to 5 major health centers such as the Hospital Italiano, Clínica Favaloro, Sanatorio Guemes, Sanatorio Mitre and it's located only to 50 meters from the Clínica Dupuytren.
Also close to several Universities such as Psychology University; etc, etc.
