Located in Colorado Springs near Monument, this 2-bedroom guest unit has a lot to offer, a country feeling within arms' reach of all the comforts of living in a city. The unit has 2 bedrooms ( each with its own TV and a queen bed), 1 bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and your own covered patio with a six-person hot tub.
The serene atmosphere of the property provides a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the area. We'll be available via phone to answer any questions while you stay at our place. A jetted tub and fire pit are a treat for the cold Colorado nights. The kitchenette is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, china, and everything you will need to feel right at home during your stay. A very lush and mature landscape provides peace and quiet, along with the constant visiting wildlife.

Nice place. A little noise from upstairs but would be normal for an apartment style. Didn’t realize there was no washer or dryer, but I just didn’t pay attention to that in the listing. Good location and friendly host.

Would Book Again!!

Safe neighborhood, great host, cozy space. Rated cleanliness a 4 due to the dishes we used weren’t found in the cleanest condition and the sponge we had to use to clean our dishes was not fresh. Otherwise happy with the cleanliness. Only other complaint is the minimal sound barrier between the other living quarters. Overall tolerable.

The apartment would be good for a weekend adventure where you are out and about. Has a great hot tub for relaxing after a day out. If you are interested in doing a lot of cooking it has limited equipment like mixing bowls, strainers and large cutting boards. Also there was a coffee pot but no coffee so you need to go out or buy your own.The house could be noisy at times since they have dogs in the apartment above but if you are out doing things it should not be a concern.Overall a very nice place and a fantastic location. The neighborhood is great and very close to everything you could need!
