This Ocracoke Island cottage offers beautiful marsh views. Ford Cottage features a first floor open floor plan. The open kitchen, dining and living areas offer a great space for family gatherings or entertaining. The first floor is further enhanced by a generous screened porch and deck. Lovely pine floors throughout. The second floor features a great room with cathedral ceilings, wet bar with mini refrigerator, half bath, and a balcony providing a wonderful view of the marsh.

3 bedrooms, 1 Full Bath and 2 Half Baths: 1 with King, 2 with two Twins.

Amenities include complimentary wireless internet access, 1 Roku TV, 1 cable TV, and 2 DVD players. Central air conditioning/baseboard heat on the first floor, central air conditioning/central heat on the second floor, ceiling fans in all rooms. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers two decks and a large screened porch with picnic table, hot/cold outdoor shower w/dressing area and fish cleaning bench.

*This home does not provide linens.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 3 vehicles.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

July 2016 Stay

We've been coming to OI with several other families for many years though this was our first stay in the Ford Cottage. It was a lovely home with lots of open space and bright sunlight. Very clean and well kept. Had all the amenities our family needed and in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home.
