New Condo w/ Hot Tub & Balcony-Short Walk/Bike to Trestle Bike Park & Village
Escape to a stunning condo (built 2023), an easy, slightly downhill walk or bike ride from Trestle Bike Park's 40+ miles of lift-served trails and Winter Park Village.
Tucked just outside the village instead of in the middle of it, you get easy access without the late-night noise or early-morning delivery trucks — the trees and quiet of the mountain, with the Village still just a short walk or bike ride away.
Off the bike? Pole Creek Golf Club's 27 mountain holes are about 20 minutes away, or explore miles of hiking trails right outside your door.
Sleep up to 6: a luxurious king bed in the primary bedroom, a bunk den (full bottom/twin top, newer mattresses) just inside the front door, and a living room with an incredibly comfortable couch that also pulls out into a full bed. A queen air mattress is provided as a backup for an extra guest.
Gather at the bar near the electric fireplace, head out to the balcony to enjoy the quiet of the forest, or fire up the community grill and propane fire pit for an alfresco dinner.
After a day of biking, hiking, or golf, soak sore legs in the building's large hot tub, just steps from your door (please note: no jets, just plenty of room to relax).
One garage parking space (spot 10) is included. The free local bus, The Lift, stops at the building next door and runs into town (about 4 miles away) and into Fraser (if you're in need of a grocery store); download the Lift Rider app for schedules.
A few more perks: *A small workout room on the first floor, *In-unit laundry, *SONOS surround sound throughout the condo (please be respectful of neighbors).
Layout note: the den is immediately on your left as you enter; the king bedroom is past the living room to the right — the two are not adjacent.
Down in the Village, find restaurants, local shops, a small mercantile, and frequent summer events on the lawn near the pond. Book today and trade chairlifts for downhills, fairways for sunsets, and ski boots for trail shoes.
PLEASE NOTE - this condo sits on the run called Corridor, between Mary Jane base and the main Winter Park base. In summer, it's an easy, slightly downhill walk or bike ride down a dirt/paved road to the Village base and the Trestle Bike Park lift — no snow-dependent access needed. Amazing location! Close to amenities but still mountain quiet. Well stocked for everything you could need. Complete with a comfy couch and bunk beds. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a weekend get away or ski trip.
Brand new building and condo right on the trail down to the gondola. This place checks all the boxes, location, views of the slopes, indoor parking and a well stocked kitchen. Looking for a place for your family ski trip this is the place.

Thank you, Kevin, I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. We would love to have you back anytime. Thanks again!
We had the best stay with our 7, 9 and 12 year old. Location was everything for us! It was super convenient walking to the slope from the 1st floor patio and skiing down to the gondola. Covered indoor parking (tall enough for our car top carrier) was a plus as well. The building is clean and easy to navigate. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.

I’m thrilled to hear you had such a wonderful time. We hope you decide to stay with us again next year or this summer! Thanks again!
Great short stay for bike park time taking turns with our baby. Easy to ride down (and back up) the dirt road to the gondola. Everything worked well and was clean even being dog friendly. Host accommodated a late checkout with advance notice (after a late check in) which helped us make the most of the last day.
