Lovely stay!

Really enjoyed this historic house. It was in a quiet and central neighborhood across from the park and Mercer U. Lots of space for our family to spread out. Host was very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay again!

Great house!

We were in Macon for my daughter’s Mercer graduation. The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen is fabulous and the bedrooms and bathrooms were well decorated and maintained.

The property is walking distance to Mercer University and Tattnall Square Park which was perfect for us. Nice big dining table for family meals and games. Being that it is a historic property the layout is a bit different and both bathrooms must be accessed through 2 of the 3 bedrooms. This was fine for us as a family but may be more awkward for a group of friends.

Initially had an issue when arriving, but Ruanne was quick to respond. The property is lovely- high ceilings, big rooms. It was a quiet location, and located near to downtown.

The host was quick to reply and answer every question. My only request would be to have a few more random supplies on hand: maybe a few more towels available, and we would have loved having some storage bags in the kitchen (like ziplock bags). However, there were plenty of plates, utensils, paper towels, and everything else we needed!
