Nice spot close enough to downtown and other attractions!Was only two of us but plenty of room and seating for a family if needed.

Dont recommend for kids--big vents are on the floor and do not have sufficient strong covers. I think everyone at some point tripped on the rug in the dining room. It looks lovely and if you are a couple with no kids or older kids it would be sufficient

Floor vents have all been changed to cast iron since this review! The carpet corners have also been addressed

Better in pictures

There's a reason why there are no photos of the exterior or neighborhood. Very shady neighborhood and run-down area of town. Interior remodel looks decent in photos, not near as much in person. Cleanliness was ok, shower could have been cleaner and there was some kind of sticky residue on one area of the couch. Master bedroom had the most uncomfortable bed I've ever laid in.
