Brand new to our Portfolio is the Amazing 10 Bedroom 8 bathroom Luxury Oasis in the popular Solterra Resort minutes to the Parks.

3 Kings, 5 Queens, 2 Full/Full bunks

Come enjoy your holiday in this magnificent Luxury Oasis where you have plenty of room to relax and enjoy your time with family and friends. Take advantage of the many Resort Facilities or venture out to the Parks only minutes away. This home and resort is also minutes to many restaurants, shopping, grocery and more. You may never want to leave.

Downstairs you will find an open concept layout with large living area, kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and everything you need to cook your favorite meal with family and friends. Look out the patio doors to the covered lanai and inviting screened pool with spill over spa. You will find 3 bedrooms on the main floor each with their own ensuite bath.
The patio area has seating, dining table, lounge chairs and even a ping pong table.
Head out to the garage games room for more fun with bartop table and chairs, pool table, air hockey and foosball table for hours of fun.


Head on upstairs and be greeted by a bonus room with large seating area, big screen tv and even a wet bar. This is surrounded by an additional 7 bedrooms and below you will see the list of all bedroom sizes etc.

Communities do not allow RVs or Trailers to enter or park in the resort. Please make alternative arrangements if travelling with anything other than your personal vehicles.

We had a great 6 day, 5 night stay at this 10 bedroom house. It was adequate space for the entire group. The house was clean and had great amenities. One of our favorite features was the pool. It was perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again. The host was great with communication and answered any questions or concerns we had.

Big family get away

Had a great stay, very big as described, host was efficient and very responsive. Enough room for a very big family vacation. It is florida so even at night and with a big house ... it is a bit hot.. a/c is locked and cant moved down lower than 72 degrees.... we had fans with us for the people in the group who are more comfortable at lower temp at night to sleep. might have been listed and i didnt see it.. didnt ask or ask to lower temp... so not a negative on the host part. Had a great time.... listing was accurate and enjoyable

Horrible - BED BUGS!!

This property has BED BUGS! My Sister woke up with Bed Bugs biting her. Pulled back the sheets to a filthy Mattress. After contacting the host, they were nonchalant about it. I asked them to either give us another rental or refund our money and give us time to find one. They refused the money(which took 2 days) and they rushed us to leave the property while knowing we were basically homeless and were trying to pull resources to get another place. NEVER USE THIS HOST!!!

Yes the property did have bed bugs which we spent $5000 to have a professional company come out and take care of them. No previous guests had any so since they are transient its possible any guest could have brought them in. They were in one room only. This guest is absolutely not telling the truth on what happened. We were definitely not nonchalant about it as she states. We immediately offered a full refund for their entire stay and did that immediately that day. It takes a few days to get the refund back on their card as it would with any refund from any credit card as everyone knows. At no time did we refuse any refunds at all. We could not offer her alternate accommodations as we did not have any homes to move her to. The mattress definitely was not filthy and as a matter of fact the mattress is brand new just 3 months ago as most were replaced. We never once rushed them to leave, only asked them to let them know when they checked out so we could get the team in for treatment asap. We certainly understand that the situation was not ideal but we tried to assist and processed the refund for them within an hour of being advised and tried to help them the best we could. I can assure everyone that the home received Heat Treatment through the whole home and confirmed no bed bugs at all. We have had 3 guests since with no issues to confirm this.
