The host was very prompt when replying to any questions we had during our stay. The property is beautiful and centrally located to many attractions in Philadelphia. We would definitely considering staying again next time we are in that area.

Immaculately clean and comfortable place. Thought the bed was so comfortable (love a firm mattress!). Easy to park on the street right in front. Location convenient to what we were doing in town - super close to Penn, Drexel, zoo, art museum. Host was easy to communicate with and very nice. Very happy with stay.

Robert was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was extremely clean and we felt safe. We had everything we needed in the apartment. It was close to the zoo and a large beautiful park. We plan to visit again in the fall.

Our stay was good and we appreciated the host’s communication! We had enough room for the 3 of us. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The garbage collection occurred on one of the mornings of our stay and it was quite loud and woke us up an hour earlier than we would’ve wanted but that’s not something the host can control of course.

Free street parking in a quiet neighborhood just a 7-minute ride from downtown? Fantastic. AC worked great, the kitchen and living room were a perfect retreat after a day on hot summer streets! Would absolutely stay again for another Philly trip!
