Great cozy stay, quiet and relaxed. HUGE plus on having a three car parking. My family was 5 total and still had space for more if we had needed it. I will say the back room was rather chilly but we were here during winter time and had extra blankets so overall not bad. Would highly reccomend a stay.

Beautiful, well appointed and maintained house. Really felt luxe, like a hotel stay, but the convenience of a full kitchen, laundry etc. TONS of charging outlets, and plenty of space for the kids (and us) to spread out!The neighborhood, while handily located, seemed a little sketchy; we wouldn't have felt safe walking around at night. Michael was a great host - responsive and addressed our needs as they arose.

We traveled from Louisville, Kentucky for the Long Beach Marathon and this was a great location. Less than 2 miles from the start line and we felt safe enough to walk. Everything was well written out for us to get checked in and out. We enjoyed the stay.

The house is a nice size, and ample driveway parking. I feel that the host needs to leave more than 4 towels if it can sleep 8.

Easy check in. Clean home. Pleasantly surprised with how much space there was, it seemed smaller in the photos. The only caveat I would say is that there were only a few blankets, which isn’t a huge problem. Lovely place

The house was very nice but there was a lot of activity and noise in the neighborhood until 11 p,m. every night. We did have an issue with some dirty dishes and the backyard had not been mowed in awhile. Also, there is a tenant on the property who lives in the garage next to the back yard. They weren't a problem but it would of been nice to know someone lived there. Parking was easy as it's in the drive way. There are lots of apartments in the area and they park anywhere they can get a spot on the street. There is a man across the street who was very helpful and we enjoyed him looking out for us throughout our stay. We called him the Mayor of the area as he knew exactly what was going on and everyone in the neighborhood.Overall, it's a nice roomy place to stay and a great price for Los Angeles. There is also a nice park "Veterans" about a mile away as well as Grocery stores.

To clarify for future guests, there is no tenant living in the garage on this property. There is a separate one-bedroom unit located next door, which is an entirely different property. Finally, while street parking can be tight in this area, we are glad you found it easy to park your vehicles in the driveway, which can accommodate up to three cars.
Regarding the neighborhood activity, we do provide sound machines in the home to help block out any outside noise for a more peaceful stay. We also have the backyard mowed every two weeks, and we will certainly look into why it wasn't up to standard during your visit.
We appreciate your stay and hope to host you again!
Easy location to cruise port. Has two bedrooms but only one of them has AC. I would add another one.The room without AC can get hot. Other than that great stay.

As described. Very clean and has off street parking (huge plus!). Neighborhood is ok - lots of noise and double parking, which comes with incessant honking all hours of the day. So if you’re a light sleeper, just bring your earplugs! House was spacious and clean. And convenient to the downtown/beach area. Michael is super responsive and we really appreciated his help with our questions

I loved the driveway because there is absolutely NO street parking. Neighborhood is sketchy. Why are people just sitting in their cars all day? Don't they work? Anyway, the house itself offered all the basics, except the 3rd bedroom should really have an actual bed and a fan.
We stayed here 3 nights, and the place was exactly how the pictures described it. The restroom sink was clogged, and management was responding to my texts right away trying to find a solution. Unfortunately, because we had to move around throughout the day, we couldn't find a time that would work for the plumber to fix it, so we were okay with dealing with it. The first night there was a 50 foot-trailer trying to make a turn on the corner and due to the size, it ended up crashing onto 1 parked vehicle & hitting another 3. Police was there and neighbors were all friendly. This was at about 10pm. This had nothing to do with the home but just letting you know how our first night went if it matters. We felt pretty safe, I think as long as you don't bother anyone, you're all good. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you hosts for having us and until next time!
