We really liked the apartment, it was a great price and located in a convenient neighborhood. The host however was not communicative at all, I had to call him on the day of our check in from the airport for him to text me check in instructions. I also could not get any response from the host during the stay, we wanted to ask about late check out because we had a late flight and he just never texted back. He also never sent check out instructions so we had no idea what to do with that.

We stayed only one night but it was perfect. Clean, spacious, close to everything, excellent communication from host. What was advertised was what we got plus a bit more. Loved that they had some maps available for walking around and the kitchen was well stocked. The wine was a lovely welcome gift. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Athens is beautiful but very busy, so we chose this area for a more peaceful stay with our family and two 7-year-olds. It was conveniently close to tavernas and shops, and about a 15-minute walk to the Acropolis.The roads were still fairly loud at night, and the house is older and needs some love. It had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in was easy with the lockbox and the room was ready when we arrived.The only downside was communication. We did not receive much information until about two days before the stay, and there was no response afterward when we reached out. But for just sleeping, price is great.

**Disappointing Three\-Month Stay**Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment was disappointing. I rented the property for **three months**, so I expected a much higher standard of maintenance and communication, especially for such a long-term stay. The owner was unresponsive about 90% of the time, which made it extremely difficult to get help when problems came up.There were numerous maintenance issues throughout our stay. One of the showers was missing the shower door, so I had to purchase a shower curtain myself. There was visible mold on the shower ceiling, and both showers leaked. One of the AC units was leaking water into the bedroom, while another AC unit in the spare room was making a very loud noise. Several light bulbs in the staircase and throughout the house were not working, and the front door handle was missing.For a three-month rental, these are not minor inconveniences . I paid for a property that should have been properly maintained and functional, and I also had to spend my own money to address at many of the issues. Considering the length of my stay, the condition of the property, the lack of communication, and the problems I had to deal with, **I believe a partial refund is reasonable and warranted.**The apartment has potential and the location was convenient, but the overall experience was frustrating and fell well short of what I expected from a three-month rental.

El apartamento está muy limpio, es cómodo, bonito y está bien situado; a 15 minutos andando de la Acrópolis y 20 minutos del resto de lugares que visitar. Con buena comunicación también con transporte público. El único problema que hubo fue la comunicación con el propietario, ya que no contestaba nunca los mensajes y tuve que contactar varias veces con los gestores de Vrbo para conseguir los datos para el check in. Sin embargo, sí que el último día fue muy amable y nos facilito el dejar las maletas en el apartamento hasta más tarde.
