George the host was very welcoming and accommodating. Apartment was very clean and cozy. Only little setback is the hot water doesn’t stay hot very long , only enough for one shower. But overall place is very nice. Will definitely book again!

Nice apartment, good location. A little more attention to detail on the part of the hosts would help: for example, the bathroom had soap, but no washcloths, shampoo, or body wash. The kitchen would benefit from a tea kettle in addition to the coffee maker. The living room furniture was not that comfortable. Instead of the massage chair, a large armchair would be nice. The thermostat seemed to be on a program that we were unable to override. Overall, it was adequate for our needs, but these touches would make it a really great place to stay.

What a lovely little VRBO! It was spacious enough for two adults, and our dogs to be very comfortable. The neighborhood while busy, was quiet and safe. The beds were so comfortable! And the place was very, very clean. The host, George, was very easy to get a hold of and responded to any and all questions I had quickly.

Property has good potential, but our stay was just ok. Space is nice - very large bedrooms and comfortable beds. We were missing a few amenities on check in, but the owner was able to drop them off the next day. Unfortunately, the couch in the living room was completely broken and not able to be sat on comfortably, so that space was almost useless to us. Our daytime plans were cancelled due to weather and we ended up spending more time in the apt than we planned, so the lack of a usable living room was a bummer.

As I explained the previous guest somehow broke the sofa and we didn’t find out until the cleaner was done, It has since been replaced. As requested I did drop of extra toiletries and wash clothes early next morning.

Booked unit for 5 nights. Arrived to uncleaned unit. Bathroom was filthy. Took more than an hour for owner to respond so I contacted Vrbo. I had plans for the evening but left unit so it could be cleaned and found another place to get ready. Was told I would recieve first night refund by owner after Vrbo contacted him. Found underwear and a sock left on floor after cleaning. One roll of toilet paper was left for 5 night stay. One teabag in tea carousel shown in pics, no tissues. On second day, owner requested realtor show unit. When I asked it not be shown during my stay, owner argued. No apologies were ever given. Left my stay 2 days early. Location on main road, so road noise was loud late into the night and early in the morning. Step up into kitchen from dining area. Taller step up into laundry and bathroom from dining area. Not a restful stay.

You didn’t need to reach out to VRBO, once i saw your message i responded ASAP! Yes my cleaner had the turnover date wrong and was there right away after we spoke, you stated that you checked out 2 days early? If you decided to check out 2 days early then why didn’t you tell me? I never argued with you? That’s ridiculous! Yes I asked if my realtor could show the property, you said you didn’t feel like removing all your stuff from the unit, I said you don’t need to remove anything and can stay in the unit for the 5-10 mins they would need to walk through the unit. You said no and that was it. No argument at all. I also gave you a night free and wavied the cleaning fee total refund of 213.00 for my cleaner having the next day as the turnover

This is a cute 2nd floor apartment. Space enough for 6 adults to sleep. Be aware that this unit is not handicapped accessible. Two of us are nurse's, one with a very bad knee, so walking up 2 flights of stept was quite the challenge . Was disappointed that there were no paper towels or dish towels, in the kitchen. We expect the kitchen to be stocked with a few amenities ( as shown & descrided in the picture listing ) we found 3 tea bags and 2 coffee filters.All the side table lights in both bedrooms were either not working properly or not working at all. We found found 5 very small and well used bath towels, but no wash cloths. We would stay again, but would have been better prepared for the stay had we known some of these things. Owner was very good at communicating, and even accommodated our request for an early check in.

When we got there the door was locked after given the keypad code. Had to wait in over 100 degree weather for a locksmith to come. The listing states AC but the unit was locked and was over 80 degrees inside. After messaging the host about being locked out, he didn’t respond to the inside temperature so I had to go by a fan because it was so hot inside and 1 bedroom did not have one. If the u it was cleaned, it was very rushed. There was hair all over the towels, hands cuffs on the doors, the shower head squirted water everywhere including all over the ceiling. very strange and uncomfortable overall. Could not connect to the internet/TV so we had to use our hotspot. Just a lot ofAnnoying things that you don’t think you will have to deal with when renting for a couple days. Needless to say, only heard from the host when we were locked out andNever again.

The apartment needs a little work. The bathroom needed to be cleaned and the shower had someone else's hair stuck to the wall. The shower also needs to be re-caulked grouted and it looks like there's water getting behind the tile which doesn't smell like mold at the moment but it will soon. I also found all of the mattresses to be rock hard and had trouble sleeping.The chair in the living room is stuck in the reclined position and looks as if it may be broken.The front door looked like it had been broken down at some point and poorly fixed.Otherwise it's a fine place to stay.I did not find George to be particularly friendly or helpful. I sent a message weeks before our stay explaining that we'd not need the apartment for the entire time we had booked and asked if we could shorten it. I simply never heard back. I had to ask for both the entrance code and the wifi password because I hadn't heard from the proprietor.Location is great if you're staying in Marlton and I enjoyed being able to walk down the street to Zed's Brewery.

Sorry you feel this way about that unit, yes we had a renter break the door because he locked himself out, unfortunately the units been booked and unable to install the new door without disrupting guests, the entire building was completely rehabbed and I will check the grout in shower or there needs to be caulk added on shower sliding glass door.
