The place is absolutely amazing and the location is fabulous! I highly recommend staying here - I brought my dog and he loved it! The neighborhood is close to the park and very dog-friendly. I will definitely stay again!

Very nice place with thoughtful touches. There is an upstairs neighbor but that didn’t bother us. There is one driveway space and additional street parking is fairly easy if needed. Neighborhood is nice. Highly recommend eating at Scalessa’s.Thank you for the stay!

I had a wonderful month long stay at this cute house! The furnishings were tasteful and the house is stocked with all the essentials. I was there for a month and really appreciated having a driveway to park in during the cold and snowy days. The neighborhood is quiet yet convenient to shopping and restaurants just a few minute drive away. I highly recommend if looking for housing in the Wilmington area.

Nice spot I’m quiet neighborhood

My dad and I had a nice stay at this property. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. You might want to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as the floors are squeaky and there is a tenant who lives upstairs. I had no problems with my ear plugs in at night
