Oma's 1890 Cottage is located in the heart of Old Town. Bonus! Infrared Sauna Plus outdoor Hot Tub (shared with other guest) right out the front door. Right next door to Regis Cafe & Gardens & an easy walk to main street. This authentic charming 1890s little Dutch Grandmother's (Oma) cottage is on what was Red Lodge's original main street back in the mining days of the 1800s. Our guests may walk everywhere in town from Oma's Cottage. This cozy 1890s cottage has one bedroom, a wonderful claw foot bathtub/shower, retro kitchen, and a​ hand carved full sized bed - a treasure from the old country. Just a few steps to our favorite eatery, Cafe Regis, one of Red Lodge's best for breakfast or lunch. Larger party? Also book The Oasis at Van Horman Park too. Oma's Cottage is a T.V. free zone (no T.V. no A/C); and Wi-Fi is provided. Enjoy! (Two person max, absolutely no-indoor smoking & no animals allowed anywhere on the premises) Thanks!

The hot tub great, clean and hot. The cabin was super clean and comfortable. The only thing that was a litle off was the slope of floors. The tub was especially sloped and a little awkward. Overall though the place was really nice.

Great little cabin large enough for a few people.All amenities you could need. Hot tub was great in a cooler evening after hiking in the mountains all day. Especially as deer just strolled by within a few yards of the hot tub.Nice location in town and next to a great brunch restaurant (Cafe Regis). Host was quick to answer any questions and helpful with directions to the cabin.Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Respite

My husband and I just wanted a quick get away. Although the weather wasn't real cooperative for taking photos we still had a great time. Cabin was warm and cozy with thoughtful little extras from the 'owners. The cafe next door was fantastic!! I wish we had one here in Powell ! Food was great and the waitresses were so nice! It took me a minute (or 2) to recognize that the theme of this cute little cottage is Dutch. Every detail screams Dutch, when you recognize it. Super cute!

Perfect & Cozy

Perfect little spot. Was a little nervous at first about the size. But it was in better condition, better decorated, better stocked, and more homey feeling than some of the larger homes we have rented. Hot tub & sauna were a perfect ending to snowboarding each day, perfect walking distance to go to the Holiday stroll downtown. Plan on booking again when we go to Red Lodge.

What a celebration

Spent 2 nights at this quaint little cottage for my 60th birthday! It was perfect! When we arrived I was greeted with flowers on the living room table, a happy birthday banner, and sweet little hearts in various places in the cottage! Wow! How amazing was that! We spent time in the hot tub and loved the indoor sauna! Dan is a great host and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special! If you’re looking for cozy, comfortable and enjoy the simple things in life, this is your place! We will be back!

Awesome Spot in Red Lodge

I'm terrible at writing timely reviews but my wife and I stayed here in September 2023 on our 5th anniversary trip back to Montana. We were married in the next town over from Red Lodge and love coming back to the area. As for this location, everything is as described, right down to the deer in the yard! We woke up on the first morning to one! Seriously though, this is a great, cozy little spot right in the heart of Red Lodge. We walked just about everywhere. Not only would we recommend this place to others, we'd also recommend the dinner down the street as well. And since we love Red Lodge so much, I'm betting we'll stay here again!
