Quiet Family Home w/ Pool Near Pinecraft

First and foremost, I would like to provide some important context regarding our property and recent events. My daughter and her husband have lived directly across the street for many years, and the neighborhood is known for being very safe and welcoming. Unfortunately, Sarasota has experienced continuous rainfall for over a week and a half. This unusual weather has impacted our ability to maintain the property as we normally would. The heavy rain altered the chemical balance of the pool, requiring immediate attention from our pool maintenance company. Additionally, the wet conditions prevented our landscaping crew from mowing the lawn, resulting in the grass being slightly overgrown. The guest’s concerns were that the lawn was not freshly cut and that he was asked to wait approximately two hours before using the pool, allowing the newly added chemicals to circulate for his safety. Please note that our landscaping service is scheduled every other week, and our pool is professionally serviced every Tuesday. The guest’s arrival coincided with both the lawn and pool maintenance visits, which unfortunately led to some inconvenience. Upon being notified of the guest’s concerns, we responded promptly and explained the situation, assuring him that all issues were being addressed immediately. Despite our efforts to resolve matters quickly and transparently, the guest chose to depart abruptly, which we feel was a disproportionate reaction given the circumstances.

Sarasota Springs is an older community with aging plumbing, so this request is simply a preventative measure to help avoid any issues or disruptions during your stay. To make things easier, we provide hands-free trash bins with lids and plenty of scented bags for your convenience.
