My husband and I really lucked out when we found this place to stay while our teenaged kids were at a youth conference nearby for the weekend. We had a lovely and relaxing stay and got to explore Tatamagouche wh anticipated!
This place is even better than the photos show. Stunning view, large deck, hot tub was excellent for morning coffee & evening drinks. I love the layout of the house and it was very clean, well appointed, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We laughed until we cried painting each other’s portraits with the art supplies. Allyson & Andrew made sure to check in with us to ensure everything was going well. They were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the town of “Tata especially the “train ride” through town. Great little getaway in a wonderful spot. Thanks for everything Andrew & Allyson! Hopefully we will be back someday soon.
Loved the cottage and our stay there. We will be returning, for sure. Hot Tub was a welcome addition. Watching the night sky while soaking in hot tub was a highlight.
This rental was the most well stocked rental we've stayed at - from kitchen utensils to spices and condiments to bathroom toiletries. The rest of the property was very clean and cozy, with a great view of the water through the huge sliding doors. Our stay was close to the holidays, and the little Christmas tree was nice touch we appreciated. The road to the property was rough, so future guests should be aware of the time of year they decide to book if their vehicle isn't equipped to handle muddy slopes.
