We had a wonderful week in this very comfortable and lovely home. Our favorite places were the screened porch and the pool. The putting green was a nice touch too. It truly is a block to the beach - just straight down the street. They also had tons of floats and beach paraphernalia to use which made the pool and beach more fun!The kitchen was very well set up with dishes and everything easily accessed. We highly recommend this beautiful and convenient place!

The location of this home was wonderful! We really enjoyed the pool and putt putt area a lot. There were signs of wear and tear/some general tweaks that could’ve been made to make the home nicer, but overall we really enjoyed the house and it was perfect for a beach week!

Very disappointed in the property and VRBO for listing as a premier host. I spent hours cleaning the kitchen, vacuuming the sofa, washing the top of the bathroom sinks. Had to replace 2 of 3 shower curtains due to black mold, vacuumed the entire house and found the property “tired”. The outdoor space were OK but, hey put some furniture on the “wraparound” porch. Provide a door lock key for the downstairs from door. TV remotes didn’t work in the downstairs living area and guest room.The WiFi was inadequate. Could not watch TV and use internet. Two TVs at once - forget it.Love IOP hate the Treehouse.I have booked next year with local realtor. Much better property and excellent location.

Our stay at the treehouse was great. The house was a wonderful. Close to the beach, great pool, comfortable accommodations. The fenced in yard was great for the dog. We will definitely be back

Chase was great & the location was fantastic despite poor weather while we were there. Had a fabulous girls trip & plenty of room for us (10 people) to stay! The basement level had a strange, almost cat-pee like smell, but one of the girls mentioned that’s just how beach houses smell!

The host was kind and responsive. The home was lovely. It was so close to the beach, the house was roomy with everything we needed, and the backyard was cozy and made for a nice place for my family to gather with coffee in the morning while planning our outings.

Fantastic location - very close to the beach (5 min walk) without being inundated with traffic. Parking is easy, and the house layout is great. The pool & putting green are both fantastic additions, and well cared-for. The available beach gear made packing for the trip 100x easier. We look forward to hopefully staying here again.

Family vacation with grandparents, parents and three little ones. Outdoor space was great for kids, lots of pool and beach toys. Plenty of room inside to spread out. A very short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time.
