Outside, the property's expansive and beautifully landscaped FENCED IN BACKYARD is a true oasis for people and pets alike, featuring a SALTWATER POOL (option to heat for a daily fee), outdoor shower, large bbq grill, enchanting outdoor seating areas, a practice PUTTING GREEN, and landscape lighting. The interior layout of the home features a kitchen with GE stainless-steel appliances, a gas stove, custom cabinets with granite countertops, a bright open living room and dining room, partial-wraparound deck and two bedrooms on the upper level (ALL bedrooms have BIG mounted TVs).
