With a private entrance we affectionately call this cozy space 'The Nest'. Just steps from Pine Street, Lake Champlain Chocolates, local breweries, and a short walk to the beach.

Newly renovated with a comfortable queen bed, high ceilings, and unique stained-glass windows that add warmth and character. The space is private, quiet, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing stay.

A heat pump provides both heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Ideal for a single guest or couple looking to enjoy all that Burlington has to offer.

There's no kitchen/cooking area, but who needs that when you are steps away from Zero gravity, Feldman's bagels, New World Tortilla, Scout, The Spot, Pizza 44, and the incredible buffet bar at the South end City market! If you have a small dog, we'll consider at an additional pooch-fee.

Off-street parking is included. The unit also features a small private outdoor seating area with a bistro table, along with a mini fridge and kettle for added convenience.
