This is a cozy well furnished and equipped home, right on the beach. Everything went perfectly with reservation arrangements, guidance from the host, and use of the house and amenities. We would love to visit again.

Amazing cozy beach house. The location is perfect having direct beach access, and being walking distance to town. The dune inhibits the ocean view partially, but looking north and south there are beautiful views. We loved our time there!

Beautiful beach house with all the amenities and in a beautiful location fronting the beach which was just over a small dune. Waking distance to everything in the town. Manzanita is a beautiful town with a laid back vibe. Our family loved our weekend there. The host was vey responsive to all messages.

We loved the back deck and the dunes protected us from some of the wind. It was also not too close to the main entrance to the beach. We appreciated the privacy. The large windows in the living room were wonderful for sunsets and we loved the window seats. The kitchen was well supplied. I hope we can visit again in a year or so. Great ocean front cabin close to town

This is my third stay at this property. The location is ideal—it’s ocean front and just a block away from Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. It’s very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked.

Our parents, Norm and Lee Hascall, bought the house in 1985. All branches of our family have grown up there and it is truly our favorite place.

Why they chose this property

Gaze at the sea and serenity settles over you. Walk to the top of the dune and the magnificent beach spreads out before you. Two blocks to the main street, what could be better. Guests who may have a hard time walking up the dunes can walk around the block to a flat beach entrance on Laneda Avenue.
