This home was as described in the listing. It was close in proximity to the major parks and very spacious for our group of 6. It was very convenient for everyone to have their own bathrooms. The pool was clean and perfect size for our group. I gave this rental a 4 because the beds were very hard. I believe they were all the memory foam. If I were someone that liked a very firm mattress, I would give this rental a 5. Overall, if there were different mattresses, I would stay here again.

Very clean home…linens fresh and crisp. Plenty of towels, but lacked extra washcloths. Clubhouse pool area rather small and congested, but pool at there house was sufficient. My grandchildren really enjoyed themselves. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Living area was spacious. Pool was very clean. Bedrooms were a nice size. Bathroom showers were clean. Be careful the tile floor is very slippery when it gets wet after a shower. No closet to hang clothes in one of the king bedrooms upstairs. Bring hangers if you want to use closets in other bedrooms. There are only a few hangers provided. Other King Bedroom the bed is very close to closet door. Difficult to use that closet. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great!! Owner was very responsive with any issues we had. Needed a refrigerator filter and she had them shipped by Amazon as well as the roof in garage had a leak and she responded immediately although couldn’t have fixed until after we left but it didn’t stop us from using the game room in the garage.

Size of the house was perfect. When I first open the door the garbage disposal had a foul smell that lingered through the house. The game room is in the garage and when it rained the ceiling leaked the entire time so for 3 days of my stay the game room was off limits because of the leak. Most likely would not book again.

The house is fine but not for what you are paying for. The host is great with communication and check in and checkout was easy. Everything else was disappointing. Most of the bathrooms don’t have toilet paper holders. There are no fans in any of the rooms. The neighbors are loud and noisy and they live here so that’s not changing. People park on the street so much that you can hardly drive down the street. When we went to the community pool which was a major factor in renting this place it was so busy we could hardly use it. We couldn’t find the remote for the projector tv so we were never able to use it. The air hockey table does not work/ and the pool table is all warped and missing a ball. It was clean but not worth the money. Also the cookware leaves much to be desired so if you do rent here I would bring your own skillet.
