The property managers were super responsive in working with us to adjust dates and the house was very clean. Our family was comfortable and loved being able to get away from the winter storm back home.

This is an brilliant villa, large and spacious. The pool and deck area are very private, with an amazing outlook onto the trees and shrubs. The pool heater worked very well. Its on a quiet and peaceful well kept neighbourhood within easy reach of all the prarks etc.Blue sky villas, the management company are great to deal with , efficient and quick to repond. We would definitely stay again

Nice property, clean, and Sky Villa kept me informed doing the entire process. The home was decorated nicely but the kitchen had limited cooking pots, which was fine for us since we only cooked one meal. I would use Sky Villa again if needed.

Perfect spot for a family vacation!

This property suit our needs very well. It was super clean. Well cared for. Had lots of space. It’s also in a lovely neighborhood with very friendly people. There were very clear instructions on the home operations and the expectations. The managing staff were very friendly and efficient in responding to any concerns we had. We had a great experience here.

This house was pretty good. It needs a little TLC some of the rooms/doors and tiles needs to be fixed. The house was. Little small for the size of our family - we were under the understanding there were two king suites there was only 1. Tv did not work for first day or so and the plugs didn’t hold the plugs in place. It worked for us this time but probably would not book this location again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was conveniently located for many different attractions. Gatorland, Walt, Disneyland, and Seaworld, for example. They were many many other places as well. The home is in a very nice quiet neighborhood, it was clean In need of some small Home maintenance issues like the blinds I one of the bathroom master flow valves stopped working. But nothing wrong with the whole experience. The price was very reasonable. I was able to communicate with property management very easily and everything was taken care of promptly. In the future, I plan on trying to use this same home.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blue Sky Villas management team is easy to work with and answered questions quickly. The house needs some improvements; a few of the kitchen cabinets don't close, several of the drawers are hard to open and close, the electrical outlet are old things don't stay plugged in, the garage game room was 40% full of boxes, pipes, and I assume a broken refrigerator, the only game was a run down pool table. Someone need to check up on the cleaning people, we had to clean the bathrooms, hair was everywhere in the main and master bathrooms, the throw rugs had not been cleaned for a long time. Price was good but did not live up to the listing.

Overall pleased

We had a wonderful visit at this house. My children all loved their rooms and we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Using door dash to deliver food and other items never took longer than 30-45 minutes which was very convenient and the stores were all close as well. I will say the only complaint I had was the trash cans were full when we arrived and we couldn’t throw our trash away in the outside bins for the duration of our 4 day stay. The previous guests also had went against the house rules and left unbagged trash items in the outside dumpster bin, even slightly overflowing upon our arrival. We bagged the excess trash they left behind up so we wouldn’t be accidentally charged the $75 fee for their mishap. But we got in touch with a service representative at Blue Sky Villas who reassured us this wasn’t going to go against us in any way and she went out of her way to apologize for the inconvenience. Overall I’d give our stay at this residence a 4 out of 5 stars! Definitely will look them up for our next family vacation! :)

Could of been better

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at @4:15 there was a worker in the home we had to wait 20 minutes for him to finish his inspection. Then as we walk through walkway to from t door you are welcomed by fire Ant piles all over front walkway. Inside of house was great besides the annoying door alarm. The blankets are super thin and horrible pillows are super thin only one role of paper towel and3 rolls of toilet paper for 10 days . The back patio is filthy it hasn’t been washed down in a very long time the pool at alge the hot tub is a bath tub and I paid extra for hot water and it didn’t get that hot. Spider webs all over the lanai. Then on the side of the house was a bunch of junky grills looked like a grill grave yard.

Few things to work on

We very much enjoyed our stay. Prior to arrival our questions were answered quickly and completely. We appreciated the quick response when we contacted you with the pool issue. The gentlemen that came to the house were very pleasant and worked quickly on the issue. However, we were disappointed that the pool continued to be VERY dirty. We understand the pool screen was replaced the day we arrived, but it would have been nice if the screen could have been cleaned and than the pool cleaned. Additionally, the towels in the two shared bathrooms should be replaced. They are thin and getting holes. Overall the cleanliness of the house was only fair. The pool deck had food all over, trash in the lounge chairs, and trash under two beds. Finally, the internet goes out a lot. The kid tried to watch a movie each night and would get kicked out requiring the router to be reset. We don’t watch a lot of TV so it didn’t matter to us, but could be a problem for others. The size of the house was great and fit our group very well. The proximity to the parks, groceries and restaurants was great!

Close to parks, comfortable large pool

I wanted to give this house a 5, but a few things kept me from doing that. The kitchen was dated and had a small microwave on the counter top. I am used to one above the stove. (Maybe I am just spoiled) there is definitely an ant issue in the kitchen. They had plenty of notices to say not to leave any food what so ever on the counter top. They weren’t kidding! Not even in the sink. But we made due and it wasn’t too much of an issue. There are cathedral ceilings so there are lots of plant shelves that need dusting. All the regular surfaces were free of dust. House was clean but I felt it could be cleaner. There were a few cobwebs along the ceiling. Again it was not such an issue for me to make them come clean them. We did have an issue with the thermostat and is was addressed immediately and the same for the master bath shower head. The sprays were clogged and they replaced the whole thing the next day. Perfect amount of communication! The binder in the house had tons of info in it! Super helpful. Beds we’re comfortable and plenty of space to stretch out. The blinds on the windows need updating as a few are broken and yellowed from age. But overall I give a solid 4 stars! If they update and get a good up high dusting, I would give them a 5! Will definitely book with them again if we go to that area again.
