The Space:

You will feel right at home in our cozy 3 bed, 2.5 bath house, complete with a garage, spacious kitchen, and a relaxing back porch. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by nature, it's the perfect getaway. Enjoy a propane grill for cookouts (there is an additional $15 fee for propane. Please let us know if you will be using the grill during your stay so we can have propane available), cornhole, games, crayons for the kids, and even a wall-mounted tic-tac-toe! The garage is equipped with a bike rack for your convenience.

This home is ideally located near bike trails, lakes, golf courses, grocery stores, pharmacies, a hospital, and local dining. Ask us about pass details for added perks.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house and garage except for two locked supply closets. Check-in instructions and door code will be provided approximately 12 hours before your scheduled check-in time. Guest passes for Bella Vista amenities are available upon request after booking. Be sure to read the booking confirmation message for additional details.

Located just 3 miles to Lake Ann, 5 miles from Lake Avalon Beach, & 5.4 miles from the fun & flow of the downhill section of Lago Vista MTB trail. Ride down the hill for a quick dip in the lake on a hot summer day, or relax at the Gear Garden after a long ride! Work remote w/ a view & relax on the back deck. Great for biking, hiking, kayaking, waterfall chasing, relaxing, & an overall great time.

We love dogs, so your furry friends are welcome! Dogs are allowed with prior approval at this property. There is an additional fee of $40 per pet per stay that will be charged after booking is confirmed. Please let us know if you plan to bring a dog so that we can get it approved. We ask that you clean up your pets waste out of the yard during your stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated when no one is home with them (kennel is provided). Additional fees will apply for excessive hair or other additional cleaning due to not following pet rules. For your convenience, the property has a fully fenced backyard. Please be courteous & pick up after pet in the yard.



Important information before booking: We reserve the right to verify guest count at check in and apply charges for additional guests. For your safety and security, an outdoor camera is located at the front of the property and is operational.



Interaction with Guests:

While we are here if you need us, we respect your privacy during your stay. Guests can check in with ease with no contact. You will receive check in instructions the day of check in that will include a door code.
