The Regatta runs the first Wednesday in August (weather dependent) and features fixed seat rowing, food and plenty of games of chance.

Just before you get to the house, there is a large parking lot across the river from the Pond to the harbour which features a number of species of fish that travel the route in-land and out to sea. A place to park if you wish to hike or go into the village to explore.
