The hosts are incredibly friendly and thoughtful. They had fresh eggs for us from their chickens and some snacks when we arrived. The place is very cozy and relaxing. The views are phenomenal.

We loved our stay here as a family of five. It was very clean, and close to Zion. We spent our days hiking in Zion and Bryce and would come back in the evenings to cool off in the river.

This property is a vacation all on its own. A well-appointed two bedroom apartment, a gorgeous, manicured garden, views of the surrounding mountains and mesas, a mini hiking trail down to the Virgin River, a small beach to explore. And even fresh eggs from their chickens for breakfast! We will be back!

Great Property!

The views of this property are just spectacular! We loved this place. All the comforts of home and then some. The beds were also very comfortable, shower was great. A short drive to the entrance to Zion National Park.

This is a true five star rental. The place was sparkling clean and modern. The space was comfortable and cozy. The hosts made the place inviting to hang out in a nice sunroom or outside in their lovely yard. The hosts gifted us eggs from their chickens and grapes from their yard, and they were so responsive to any questions I had and very accommodating. They lived right upstairs so it was so nice to meet them and speak to them. The checkout to-do list is very short and reasonable.The access to the river was a huge plus. My kids didn’t want to go anywhere because they were obsessed! We hiked upriver and tubed all the way to Falls Park. The trail to the river from the house is a short hike but I don’t recommend letting little kids go by themselves. Highly highly recommended!
