New to VRBO! Located directly on the Virgin River with stunning views in every direction of Zion NP, Gooseberry Mesa and the Virgin River right from the peaceful backyard!
Experience wildlife, unobstructed sunrises/sunsets and incredible night skies!
Enjoy Zion National Park which is only 15 miles away, or stay right here on the secluded backyard beach, soaking or tubing in the Virgin River.
Access BLM trails right from the property for biking, off-roading, etc. (including the JEM trail).
*So sorry, no pet policy is firm.
**Owners live upstairs, overhead noise can occasionally be heard. The walkout basement apartment is very private.

We loved our stay here as a family of five. It was very clean, and close to Zion. We spent our days hiking in Zion and Bryce and would come back in the evenings to cool off in the river.

Great Property!

The views of this property are just spectacular! We loved this place. All the comforts of home and then some. The beds were also very comfortable, shower was great. A short drive to the entrance to Zion National Park.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy views from our property in every direction. We are located right on the Virgin River with direct access to the river on our personally maintained trail. The river is public property, but is almost always secluded. You may find us down there plopped in the river ourselves. People have asked us where the best place to see the sunrise and sunset is in the area and honestly, it is right here! Come see for yourself.
