The pool was cool but warm enough for kids to enjoy. The hot tub had seating for 3-4 adults and was just right for relaxing in. Very well appointed back yard completely fenced in with room for play and relaxation . Inside bedrooms were roomy and had good closet space. Our group of 8 also enjoyed family time in the spacious living room. The coffee bar is a great touch in the dining area. Host very quick to respond to any questions we had.

The stay was great house was exactly what was portrayed online. And when there was an issue the host did everything they could to get it rectified and even sent over a little something.

Cocoa Spring Break

This is a great house located conveniently to the beach and other attractions. Far enough away to feel like home without all the noise and tourists. The house was very clean and the linens were an upgrade from other properties we have stayed at. The owner was very communicative and answered all messages promptly. Definitely will look to stay here again when we visit the area.

Amazing

We loved the place. Everything was very clean and beautiful. On top of it, the host replied to any questions within minutes. Everything we needed was there and in enough quantities (linens, towels, etc). The kitchen is really well equipped (even with some well thought of condiments)!

Comfortable and a great base for the local attractions!

This home in Cocoa is comfortable and clean and is located in a quiet neighborhood. It has a nice, private backyard with a pool and a jacuzzi. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were just the right space for us (4 adults and a teen). The kitchen is nicely set up and we cooked dinner several nights during our stay. Instructions for the house were clear and the host responded quickly and in a friendly manner to any questions we had. If we visit again, I would choose this vrbo again!

This property was a labor of love for us! We found this house in distressed condition and renovated it to it's beautiful potential. We particularly were drawn to the front porch area which is a great space to have a chat with a loved one, enjoy a beverage and start or conclude a fun day!
We appreciate being able to vacation with our kids and dogs so we created the space to be comfortable for people of all ages to enjoy!
The fenced in yard gives peace of mind for little ones and four legged family members. The pool area with firepit patio, jacuzzi and grill are the perfect backdrop for some incredible vacation memories!
