The unit was not as clean as I would have expected and I was surprised to learn that the only washer/dryer unit was a shared resource. The place does have potential to be a guest favorite but in order to accomplish that goal, both the interior and exterior of the property would need some significant investment and focus.

I stayed for 3 days to visit my aunt; this was a perfect space for me. Close to her but also to restaurants, shopping and everything I needed. Alik is great, and I'll be making sure to check in here first when I come back for more visits. Super clean, comfy and perfect for 1-2 people. Can't go wrong!!

Split unit isn’t in a location to sufficiently warm the unit in the cold weather we had. Floors looked clean but they were actually filthy walking barefoot. Bed was comfortable and great shower.

Everything We need here.

We were surprised on location of rental. The female host was wonderful and helped us out with all problems that came up. Very clean but lacked written information on area/activities/restaurants like most rentals do.

Very Small

The bathroom was way too small, no counter space at all, this is a no frills place to stay if hotels or other places are booked up. It was cheap, but you get what you pay for.
