I’m sorry to hear about your concerns. However, the plumber had to visit the property three times due to the system being repeatedly clogged. We also experienced some difficulties with communication, as the plumber arrived several times when no one was present at the property. For clarity and proper documentation, we prefer to communicate by text so there is a clear record of responses. At this point, we feel it would be best not to host you at our property in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
