Amazing house! Several couples stayed here to celebrate birthdays and everything was top notch. Very clean, great amenities and the rooftop was a huge bonus.
Amazing property for our family of five, in-laws and close friends. Property was extremely clean and well-kept. Communications were always responsive, and one weather-related issue (citywide electricity outage triggered hot tub to turn off) was remedied within 1 hour of letting the property managers know. We had a group text of individuals who were ready to help us with any issues we had. These folks are excellent hosts and we would absolutely book again. It’s in an excellent spot just off King Street just a couple blocks from the college. Tons of restaurants, coffee shops and small boutiques. Sorghum and Salt on first level had great food and drinks for nightcaps too.
Beautiful new spot in a fun neighborhood. So clean so comfortable. The rooftop is an epic place to soak in the hot tub. Everyone had their own space and the kitchen chill zone was a perfect place to gather and hang. I’m going to build these bunk beds on my house now.
This property was beautiful and in the heart of Charleston. We stayed there for a bachelorette party and it couldn’t have been better. The house was spacious, clean, and walkable to everything. The property manager was a great communicator and always responded to us quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
We visited some friends in Charleston and absolutely loved this place. It's a great location, walking distance to King Street. The unit is brand new construction with very nice finishes and furnishings. Very luxurious. Will definitely stay here on a return trip!
We had a wonderful time staying at Soiree for a wedding weekend in Charleston. The unit was clean and well appointed. We had ample room for our 3 adult children, their partners and ourselves. The rooftop deck is extra special. The rooms had very comfortable beds. It is so nice for everyone to have their own bathroom! The location is wonderful. You are right in the center of so many things. Cannon Street does have some night noise (people and a fire station). It would be nice if the bedroom windows were double paned. I looked several times to ensure no one had opened a window since the noise, at times, was enough to make me think the window was not closed. The other comment would be not to use scents other than the basic cleaning items. Everything was spotless. When we entered there was a distinct Fabreeze smell in the downstairs hallway. Thank fully with windows and fans we were able to dissipate the smell. Air fresheners can trigger migrane headaches.I would highly recommend Soiree for your Charleston stay. We had multiple families in VRBO type rentals and everyone said ours was head and shoulders above theirs:)
The house was adorable. Everything is top of the line & brand new. We enjoyed hanging out in the roof & watching the sunset at night. We saw fireworks on Friday from the Triple A team. The parking lot is a 10 minute walk from the house, but besides that, everything was perfect! Highly recommend.
BEAUTIFUL property— wonderful location to all we were in Charleston to celebrate! Kitchen is MUAH! So many Gathering Spaces… to enjoy, take a nap, have a happy hour chit chat…. Property managers are AThank you for our stay… we were able to all be together while celebrating one CITADEL graduation and HOORAYING another graduate school acceptance! THANK YOU Charleston Vacay!
Property is beautiful and in a great location. Charleston Vacays were very responsive to our questions and very helpful. Parking is a problem- the lot is quite a hike and street parking is iffy. The description should emphasize that there are 61 steps to the third floor where the kitchen and living room is located. There is no elevator!!! The roof top is cool and we enjoyed the fireworks on the 4th from there.
