Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and only 5 miles from the ski slopes in Vail, this 4 bedroom/4.5 bath home is ready to take on your family and friends with ease. After a day of adventure on the mountain, unwind in the private hot tub or kick back on the wrap-around sofa in front of the fire. In the summer, open the doors to merge inside with out and enjoy grilling dinner on the patio.

Your year-round Vail basecamp awaits!

Main Floor:

- Fully stocked kitchen with 3 ovens and a 6 burner gas stove.
- Kitchen island with bar seating for 2.
- Dining area with table seating for 8.
- Vaulted ceiling living area with wrap-around couch, two sheep skin chairs, gas fireplace, and smart TV.
- 1/2 guest bath
- Laundry room.
- Patio access with hot tub.
- Garage access for 1 car.

Upstairs:

Bedroom One:
King bedroom with smart TV, work from home desk including computer monitor, and en-suite spa bath with a jacuzzi tub, steam shower and double vanity. Also includes access to an outdoor deck.

Downstairs:

Bedroom Two:
King bedroom with gas fireplace and en-suite spa bath with steam shower, copper soaking tub, and a double vanity. Includes access to the outdoor patio and work from home station with computer monitor.

Bedroom Three:
Two double beds with a smart TV. Bathroom is across the hall that has a double vanity and a tub/shower combo. These beds would be considered firm.

Bedroom Four:
Two double beds with a smart TV. En-suite bath attached that includes a soaking tub, double vanity, and a separate shower. These beds would be considered soft.

About the outdoor spaces:
- Upper patio has access to the hot tub and gas grill.
- Lower patio has a large outdoor fireplace and the open outdoor space behind the house.

Guests have access to the entire property (minus a few locked closets) during their stay.
