▪️ NO unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc.)
▪️ USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains.
▪️ USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces.
▪️ Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.

** HOA is very strict here, we must adhere to their community rules, or we risk being deplatformed. Thanks for understanding :)
